The Innovation Catalyst Initiative for Minorities is a groundbreaking program under KSV/025, designed to empower minority-focused civil society organizations (CSOs) in Kosovo. Through tailored capacity-building, mentorship, and financial support, this initiative addresses social and economic exclusion, fostering sustainable development and resilience in marginalized communities.
What We Do:
- Digital and Financial Literacy: Providing comprehensive training to enhance the operational and strategic capabilities of minority-focused CSOs.
- Community Projects: Supporting CSOs with EUR 5,000 grants to implement initiatives that directly impact their communities.
- Mentorship and Networking: Offering ongoing support and creating opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing among participants.
Who We Serve:
The program focuses on empowering minority communities, including Roma, Ashkali, Egyptians, and other underrepresented groups, with a special emphasis on women and youth.
Why It Matters:
