AADA – Action Against Discrimination for All

The Action Against Discrimination for All (AADA) project, jointly implemented by The Foundation House and the Kosovo Education Center (KEC), is a transformative initiative aimed at combating discrimination, violence, and hate speech in schools and broader society.

This project is a passionate commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion, equality, and respect, ensuring that every young person feels safe, valued, and empowered in their educational and social environments.

The AADA project is made up of three interconnected components. Firstly, it builds capacities by strengthening the ability of upper secondary schools and local authorities to address discrimination and hate speech effectively. Secondly, it creates awareness by developing impactful digital content to raise awareness about pressing issues. Thirdly, it fosters sensitivity by disseminating the digital content widely to engage stakeholders and increase public sensitivity to discrimination and hate speech.

At its heart, AADA empowers school communities to protect vulnerable groups through education, mediation, and the development of intercultural skills. This project has directly benefited approximately 5,000 girls and boys aged 15-18 across 11 municipalities in Kosovo.
