The Foundation House is seeking an experienced Facilitator to support the implementation of an Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) through a participatory workshop process.

This assignment is part of the project “Advancing Children’s Rights Through Digital Innovation”, implemented in partnership with Save the Children Kosova/o and financed by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).

About the assignment

The Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) is a structured, participatory process designed to assess organizational capacities across key thematic areas, including governance, internal systems, participation, accountability, and work in digital contexts. The findings of the assessment will inform the development of a four-year Organizational Capacity Development (OCD) plan and serve as a baseline for future organizational development.

The selected facilitator will lead a 2–3 day participatory workshop, ensure inclusive and transparent discussions, document findings, and contribute to the preparation of the OCD plan in line with Save the Children’s OCA/OCD methodology.

We are looking for a professional who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in capacity development of civil society organizations
• Has proven experience in facilitating participatory workshops
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of organizational governance and internal systems
• Is familiar with child-rights–based programming, participation, and safeguarding standards
• Applies a neutral, inclusive, and transparent facilitation approach
