This transformative activity was a joint effort by The Foundation House and Women in Tech Kosovo, with the incredible support of the Embassy of the Netherlands as part of our MATRA-supported project “ Reshaping The Future: Kosovo Women on the Frontline of Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity” dedicated to building a more inclusive and equitable digital landscape in Kosovo.
The first day focused on foundational learning, engaging discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Participants delved into key topics in AI and Cybersecurity, exploring ethical practices and innovative solutions to pressing challenges. The energy in the room was infectious as ideas began to flow and collaborations took shape.On the second day, the spotlight shifted to hands-on applications and teamwork.
Participants worked on real-world challenges, applying their skills and creativity to craft bold, actionable solutions. The highlight of the day was the presentation of their ideas, showcasing not only technical expertise but also a deep commitment to creating a more inclusive and meaningful digital future.
This training proved the immense potential of young women in technology. Their innovative ideas and passion for driving change underscore their readiness to lead the next wave of technological advancement. Each participant left inspired and equipped to reimagine the role of women in tech.
