The Foundation House (TFH) invites qualified companies, organizations, and individual experts to apply for the development of a child-friendly digital monitoring and reporting database as part of the project “Advancing Children’s Rights Through Digital Innovation,” implemented with the support of Save the Children Kosova/o.
The selected service provider will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying an accessible online platform that enables children and youth to document, monitor, and report issues related to child rights, digital safety, school safety, and digital participation through digital scorecards, reporting forms, and feedback mechanisms. The system will serve participants from Gjilan, Lipjan, Gjakova, and Fushë Kosovë and will support TFH in collecting, managing, analyzing, and exporting monitoring data in a secure and child-friendly manner.
We are looking for service providers with proven experience in developing digital platforms, user-friendly interfaces, and data management systems, particularly those that prioritize accessibility, privacy, and child safeguarding standards. Experience working with NGOs, educational institutions, or youth-focused initiatives will be considered an advantage.
